Oral presentations

The presenting authors are kindly requested to take into account the following:

1. The duration of the oral presentations will be strictly 10 minutes, with 3 additional minutes for questions. The duration of the invited lectures (including questions) will be 25 minutes.
2. The presentation files must be given to the Speaker’s Preview Room located at the Conference Venue. The presentation must be given at least two hours in advance. For morning sessions presentations you are kindly requested to deliver your presentations the previous day.
3. Data files must be on a CD-ROM or USB stick, Power Point file, Windows operating system. In case that the presentation includes a video clip, this must be in mpg format.

All presentations will be deleted from the Master Computer by the end of each session. 

 

Conference proceedings publication

Full papers will be published as conference proceedings at a special issue of Radiation Protection Dosimetry (early 2011), after being reviewed. The authors are kindly requested to submit their papers according to the rules that the Radiation Protection Dosimetry describes ( "Instructions of authors - special issues" ). Furthermore, authors should use the template provided by the journal.

The deadline for full papers submission is the 31st March 2010.
